appointment prep policy

All clients must adhere to the following upon arriving for your scheduled appointment:

  • Arrive on time

  • No pets/guests

  • 100% makeup free

  • Dress comfortably

 

late policy

• 10 min. grace period

• Please notify Holly A.S.A.P. if you are running late (via text: 805-390-0578)

 

cancellation policy

• Must cancel/reschedule minimum 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.

 

no-show policy

• Automatic requirement of $30 non-refundable deposit when booking next appointment

  • Your lash artist does not get paid when clients do not show up, nor are they always able to fill an appointment opening without notice and with last-minute no-shows. PLEASE be respectful of small, independent businesses.

• Repeated no-shows risk forfeiture of client status.

 

maintenance policy

All lash clients are properly educated and given a variety of implements during their first visit with Holly on proper hygiene and aftercare habits.

All lash clients are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines for the proper maintenance of their lash extensions.

We lash artists can tell when you are not properly cleaning your lashes and showing up to an appointment unprepared with makeup/dirty lashes risk the rescheduling of their appointment.

Lash Baths are also offered as an Add-on service for an extra charge available when booking your next visit!

 

“Outside Fills” Policy

As a licensed Cosmetologist and multi-certified lash technician, I have invested a lot of my time, money, and energy into what I do- which I love! Thus, I am very appreciative of those that view my work and are interested in coming to get their lashes done by me. With that being said —

I do not do fills on other artists’ work.

With lash artists having such amazingly limitless opportunities to train and continue our education, we are all exposed to such different teaching styles and learning techniques. No two lash artists are the same! Thus, I only fill my own work.

I am always happy to offer a complimentary removal for those that book full set lash extensions in order to optimize health, safety, and overall artistry of each client’s lashes.
