Holly C. Burson
Licensed Cosmetologist, Paul Mitchell the School Sherman Oaks Graduate 2018, 3x-Certified Lash Extension Specialist (4 years), 4x-Certified Microblading Specialist (4 years)
My name is Holly Burson and I founded Hollyhood LA in 2018 where I am from in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California.
After spending some time at the University of Mississippi “Ole Miss”, I made the decision to move home California and become a licensed Cosmetologist. With big plans for my career, I found myself building skills in areas I never expected.
This was discovered through my experience as a tattoo apprentice from which I ultimately bridged my licenses and certifications to Permanent Makeup. Focusing specifically on Microblading techniques. Much of my experience also stems from having had the pleasure of apprenticing celebrity permanent makeup artist, Sandi Jones of Couture Brows Academy in Beverly Hills.
Further down the timeline, I earned mastery level multi-certification in Lash Extensions and am currently an independent instructor with hopes to one day run my own teaching academy.
Recently, I have relocated back to Oxford, MS ready to operate Hollyhood L.A. and serve the beautiful people of Northern Mississippi!
Located in my home studio between S. Lamar and Highway 7.
